  2. ] Increase Brush Size: Quickly increase your brush size for the larger areas.
  3. Ctrl + D -- Deselect: Deselects anything that is selected.
  4. Ctrl+Shift+N --  New Layer: Creates a new layer.
  5. Ctrl+J -- New Layer via Copy: Creates a new layer that is the copy of the selected layer (or selection) you have selected in the layer palette.
  6. Ctrl+Shift+S -- Save As: Access the save as function.
  7. Ctrl+S  -- Save: Access the save function this allows you to quickly save your work as you progress.
  8. Alt + [ or ] -- To select a different layer
  9. Alt + . (period) -- To select top layer
  10. Alt + , (comma) -- To select bottom layer

I hope you're learning something new and putting these shortcuts to use in your daily  workflow. The last three commands are new to me and I’m looking forward to introducing them into my routine today.

I learned something new from this! And here I thought I was the shortcut queen! LOL Those last three are new to me too and I can see them being very handy since I usually have 40+ layers when designing! Better than scrolling and scrolling to get to the top or bottom!
    Thanks Marcie!

BTW are you going to continue with the calendar series?

Love these shortcuts, Marcie. I knew some; some I didn't. Some I *should* have known!
